A combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility.
This program is a twelve-week plan that features a number of advanced training principles designed to build muscle, but increase cardio function and burn fat.
In Strong Sculpt, we are going for a more curvy look, (smaller waistline, bigger glutes) and we’ve added an additional day of weight training. We still focus on mobility/ flexibility, and weight loss, however our primary focus is muscle gain and fat loss.
Note: FAT CAN’T LIVE WHERE MUSCLE DOES!
THE STRONG SCULPT PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE:
- 4 WEEK WORKOUT ROUTINE FOR THE HOME OR GYM
- 4 INSTRUCTIONAL WORKOUT VIDEOS
- 3 CHECK-IN’S WITH ME AT THE END OF WEEK 1, 3 AND 4
