Coming in February
WEDNESDAY – SANTA MONICA
Minutes
For those of you who aren’t familiar with HIIT, it involves intervals of high-intensity exercise (such as running at 90% of your max heart rate) followed by low intensity (walking at a moderate pace) or complete rest.
The real challenge comes with the short rest periods in the training programs. The ultimate beach camp for all ages and all levels of fitness. We cross-train with cardio and strength training and end with deep stretching. I also mix in sprints and other forms of intense full-body cardio to mix it up and keep your body adapting.
High intensity interval training. It’s not about the intensity as much as it is about the rest period…
Every class is different, creating muscle confusion and results! Come have some fun while getting FIT.
Bring a mat or towel + water; shoes are optional.
I recommend you bring water, a small workout towel, and wear the appropriate clothing and footwear is optional.
