* We Add a little Sweat, , core work, strength training, mobility, and mindset to make it THE PERFECT PRESCRIPTION!
* These Workouts are Great for beginners and people with injuries AND for athletes that NEED to sweat, feel strong and supported!
* We use a set of dumbbells, a long resistance band, and a Booty band, however, body weight is totally fine as well!
